We are a young business who quickly became frustated selling through a famous auction site as it was restrictive and the rules they kept imposing were losing us clients and money.

So, over tea one night after another frustrating day shouting and saying rather rude words at my computer screen, my partner said "Look, do you think you can do it any better?"

" Yes " I growled (trying to contain the urge to stab him with my fork or, to drive to the auction HQ and chain myself to their gates in protest of yet more unworkable rules).

"Ok" he said," give me two days to sort something out".

True to his word (I love that man so much!) he arrived home with a package to make my own site.

The rest is history, our philosopy is simple, really simple, we want to give you the best customer service we can, we have high standards.

You can expect 100% from us and the promise that should things go wrong, we will do all we can to put things right!. Can't say fairer than that eh?
