We try to be fair with our returns policy and ask that you read this BEFORE you buy from us.
ALL our items are handmade by us and are hand packed and therefore will not have the same finishing touch that you could expect from a mass produced supplier.
All our items come in a small box, but they are not boxed and packaged as you would find from a mass produced supplier. The box is a keepsake box, it is not a branded box.
We post our items out ourselves and they all come to you via 2nd class recorded delivery, hense the P&P charges.
If you are in a rush for your items please contact us before you buy from us and we will invoice you with a total reflecting 1st class recorded service.
We ask that you should not be satisfied with your item to contact us within 3 days of receipt to let us know that you are returning it for an exchange or refund. Please consider returning your item via recorded delivery, we will not refund or exchange until we have the item back in our possession and we can not be held responsible if the item is lost on its way back to us. You must return your item within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.
We refund the cost of the item only, we do not refund postage.
The item must be returned UNUSED AND IN PERFECT CONDITION. Each cake topper will arrive to you with a wrapping around the cake pick, DO NOT REMOVE THIS WRAPPING UNLESS YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED. If this wrapping is removed then you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.
The bouquets also come with a wrapping around the handle, if this is removed then we will not refund or exchange.
